HICAPS

HICAPS is a private health fund aggregator in Australia. With HICAPS you can obtain direct authorization to bill to most private health funds and receive payment instantly.

Zurili integrates with the new HICAPS Go service. HICAPS Mobile are committed to creating the smoothest and most effortless payment process for health care.

With the new HICAPS Mobile service, there is no need for any terminal at all. The client’s phone becomes the terminal. Here’s how it works:

Setup

1. You create an account with HICAPS
2. You enter your HICAPS account details into Zurili

That’s it for setup. Now you’re ready to bill!

Billing

1. The client (patient) downloads the app to their phone and enters their health fund credentials. They also register a secondary payment method like a credit card. Many of your clients will already have this app installed and configured.
2. You click ‘Pay by HICAPS’ after you have invoiced a patient.
3. The transaction appears on the client’s phone. They click ‘Approve’.
4. The transaction is competed in Zurili, the money is deposited in your account at the end of the day.

Fees

There is no fee to have the HICAPS integration configured in Zurili. You only pay a low per-transaction fee for each use.
